One town's residents are campaigning to change 20mph speed limits due to come in later this year.

He added: "Personally, I'm against [the change] on the main arterial roads, I don't have an issue with what I would refer to as the residential roads.""It actually makes it harder for people to cross the road," Mr Bailey said. "People are really concerned about the potential of enforcement and worried about sitting looking at the speedo constantly."
