Victoria Police say they are aware of a video circulating on social media showing apparent high-risk driving behaviour.The man is expected to be charged on summons for excessive speed, driving at a speed which is dangerous and driving in a manner which is dangerous, following several alleged high-risk driving incidents on Yarra Boulevard in Kew.
