Speeding motorcyclist died from catastrophic internal injuries after colliding with pedestrian in Blackpool
A speeding motorcyclist suffered a catalogue of catastrophic injuries after being thrown from his bike when he hit a pedestrian in Blackpool.
An inquest was held on Tuesday into Mr Tarr's death while a second was held yesterday relating to Mr Denley. The court heard the 52-year-old heavy goods vehicle driver suffered several lacerations to his liver, a ruptured spleen, several rib fractures, a severe brain injury and extensive internal bleeding.
Eye-witnesses described how Mr Denley had been "going flat out" with a passenger in one vehicle saying to his boyfriend: "He's going to take someone out riding like that."
