Mel C and Geri Horner were at Wembley in support for England's women's team.
England's women's football team made history on Sunday night with a 2-1 win over Germany in the Euro 2022 final. The Lionesses not only won the first ever major women's championship but it was also the country’s first international success since the men’s team won the World Cup back in 1966.
Ahead of the all-important match, Mel C took to the Spice Girls Instagram to share a message to the team: "I'm blown away with how incredible you have all been not only on the pitch but off the pitch. From its main account @spicegirls tweeted: " Congratulations @Lionesses. True #GirlPower right there."
Instagram Victoria Beckham also sent her support to the team by sharing a picture of their winning moment on her Instagram story alongside the caption: "Congratulations to the Lionesses. What an inspiration."
