But it appears Brazilian sporting chief Leonardo could be the first to go – in what would be his second departure from the club – following a breakdown in relationship with his superiors at PSG., the French giants have ‘made contact’ with Spurs transfer boss Paratici over replacing Leonardo in Paris.
He moved to the Premier League club after 11 successful years at Juventus with the club winning 19 titles, including nine successive Serie A crowns, during his time in the role. Now he is coveted by PSG, but the report claims only initial contact has been made so far, and it’s unclear whether he would even be allowed to leave by Spurs chairman Daniel Levy having only recently signed a contract with the north London side.
However, there is no doubt it would be an enticing prospect to join PSG where he would be given huge funds to help rebuild a team capable of winning the Champions League. It is claimed Lyon chief Jean-Claude Blanc is another of PSG’s targets as they look to axe Leonardo and quickly appoint his replacement.
