Star Wars' Ewan McGregor reveals why he was terrified of Darth Vader on Obi-Wan set
last night , McGregor reminded us that he'd never actually worked with Vader in the previous movies, rather he had only interacted with Anakin before he turned to the dark side.
"In the three films that we made, I did't work with Darth Vader," he recalls."So, in this first scene we did we rehearsed it and he doesn't have the helmet on." When it came to filming the actual scene, then, the actor admitted that coming face to face with Vader in full costume gave him a"jolt of absolute fear".
"In the scene he comes up behind me, and we're getting ready and I'm getting my makeup done, then they'd shout 'action' and I'd start walking down. I turn around and there's Vader coming at me.
