Royal Mint has unveiled a series of coins to celebrate Star Wars Day, with the limited edition collectibles featuring the franchise’s most iconic vehicles
Star Wars fans could soon find a Millennium Falcon in their change as the Royal Mint unveils a new rare coin collection. To celebrate Star Wars Day on Saturday , the Royal Mint has launched a new series of coins and bullion bars.
Announcing the new Millennium Falcon coin, Royal Mint said: “Join us as we celebrate one of the most iconic starships in cinematic history with a UK coin featuring a design inspired by the inimitable Millennium Falcon. Captured in mid-flight and in film accurate detail, this release marks the first time a design inspired by the legendary Millennium Falcon has featured on a UK coin.
Collectors can order the Millennium Falcon coin from £12 now while subscribing to the entire four-coin collection, which comes with an exclusive storage case. This means you can get each new coin as they are released throughout the year without having to make additional purchases, as three future payments of £12 will automatically be taken with each coin.
