· Broncos cornerback Tremon Smith made one tackle on special teams.· Ravens guard Tyrell Doss is on the practice squad and not eligible to play.· Michael Pierce started at nose tackle for the Ravens. Pierce made five tackles.· Titans defensive tackle Shakel Brown is on injured reserve and not eligible to play.· Titans cornerback Eric Garror is on the practice squad and not eligible to play.· Za’Darius Smith started at defensive end for the Browns.
· Saints quarterback Jameis Winston came in for Derek Carr when New Orleans’ starting QB sustained a shoulder injury on the first possession of the second half. Winston completed 10-of-16 passes for 101 yards with no touchdowns and no interceptions, and the Saints did not score after he came into the game.
· Texans offensive tackle Tytus Howard is on injured reserve and not eligible to play. Howard must miss at least the first four games of the season.· Darious Williams started at cornerback for the Jaguars. Williams made three tackles and broke up one pass.Los Angeles Chargers 28, Minnesota Vikings 24· Vikings running back DeWayne McBride is on the practice squad and not eligible to play.· Nick Williams started at defensive tackle for the Chargers.
· George Pickens started at wide receiver for the Steelers. Pickens had four receptions for 75 yards.Week 3 concludes on Monday, when the Philadelphia Eagles and Tampa Bay Buccaneers square off a 6:15 p.m. CDT at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, Florida, and the Los Angeles Rams and Cincinnati Bengals meet at 7:15 p.m. at Paycor Stadium in Cincinnati. ABC will televise the Eagles-Bucs game, and ESPN will televise the Rams-Bengals game.
