Perrottet chairs the Council for the Australian Federation – made up of all state and territory leaders – and said health was the number one issue raised. “That system is broken. You cannot find a bulk-billing doctor, particularly out of hours, and that’s not the way it should be,” Andrews said.The state opposition accused Perrottet of washing his hands of the responsibility for the healthcare situation in NSW, with a state election rapidly approaching.
