Large parts of the country have shivered through their coldest July in years.
Sydney, Melbourne, and Adelaide haven’t had a July colder than this year since 2015, and Perth since 2016.
“Start of August looks pretty wet across the country, we’ve got a rainband moving through over the next few days, and it’s going bring significant falls, especially in WA and the Murray-Darling system,” Sky News Meteorologist Rob Sharpe said.
