However, when the companies collapsed in May 2019, customers were left homeless or unable to pay their rent.Today Sterling Group's founder Raymond Jones, his son Ryan Jones and another man, Simon Bell, appeared in the Perth Magistrates Court charged with a string of offences including aiding and abetting a company to engage in dishonest conduct following an investigation by the corporate watchdog.
