The boss has reacted to a controversial defeat in Seville after his side looked to have taken a memorable lead.
Steve Clarke kept head amid the Scotland no goal debacle - as he insisted all his disappointment is with the players
Speaking to Viaplay, Clarke reckoned he didn't think his side deserved to lose, and admitted there's no point complaining about the McTominay strike now. He said: "I am disappointed for the players, really good performance. Spain knew they were in a game. The game turned on a small margin. If it's a foul or offside, I don't know what he gave it for to be honest.
"It's always going to be difficult when you think you've scored a goal and someone takes it off you. I thought the players reacted ok, quite well. You can show the Scott McTominay goal as much times as you want, we are not getting it. It's gone so you ned to try and move on, and the second goal is really unfortunate. It puts a bit of an unfair shine on the game as I don't think we deserved to lose 2-0. I don't think we deserved to lose to be fair.
