Vince and Duncan Brady, from the aptly-named Garden Rescue Tree Services, came to the air of the one-year-old cat
A young cat who spent two days stranded up a 50-foot tree was rescued by the RSPCA along with Lancashire-based tree surgeons.
Ian and Tina Barry, Steve's owners, spent two days trying to get the cat down, but after being unable to get him down safely, the called on the RSPCA for help. Animal rescue officer Johnny Brooks arrived at the scene and noticed Vince and Duncan parked nearby.The pair said they'd heard what had happened to Steve and wanted to see if they could help.
