Steven Davis has provided an update on Zak Lovelace after he appeared to pick up a nasty-looking injury during today's win over St Mirren.
He was instrumental in the lead-up to the first goal after he turned St Mirren's Scott Tanser inside and out before eventually a penalty was awarded to Rangers for handball by Ryan Strain. He managed to hobble off the field before receiving attention from the Rangers medical team. He was eventually stretchered off around the perimeter of the field.
He said:"Firstly, I thought he was really lively, bringing that energy, power and pace that we know he's got. He brought that to the game and was causing them problems, so I'm disappointed for him.
