Defence Minister Richard Marles says there is still a “shared sense of mission” between the United States, the United Kingdom, and Australia after US Senators recently expressed their concern over the AUKUS pact.

“It’s so important that Australia develops its own industrial capability to build nuclear powered submarines.”
