New South Wales Premier Dominic Perrottet has announced that Stuart Ayres has resigned from his ministerial positions in the wake of the John Barilaro job saga.
Premier Dominic Perrottet made the announcement on Wednesday morning, insisting there would be an investigation into whether Mr Ayres breached the ministerial code of conduct by using his position to influence the outcome of Mr Barilaro's application to a $500,000-a-year New York trade role.
