The Motherwell boss has been looking ahead to his side's match against the Light Blues.
Stuart Kettlewell reckons Michael Beale's hunt for a Rangers utopia will take time after a major rebuild as he prepares to lock horns with the Londoner.
There has been major pressure heaped on Beale in recent weeks after a 1-0 defeat to Celtic and heavy Champions League exit at the hands of PSV, leading to some discussion over his future. That has cooled over the last week after a good start following the international break, but the Fir Park manager isn't too convinced by the noise, as Kettlewell is aware a revamp like Rangers' big recruitment drive can bring teething issues.
"The fact Rangers lose a couple of games, everybody starts shouting as loud as they can. I have never bought into it too much, I think they have a very good manager and a lot of real good resource to bring in the amount of players they have done.
