sashayed into Wednesday night’s intimate David Jones spring-summer fashion launch in the retailer’s glittering flagship Elizabeth Street store wearing a skintight, leggy number from the exclusive label Balmain.While the event’s usual power list of VIPs has morphed into a curious collection of fashion influencers and wannabes , the DJs event was a welcome return to the social calendar and hopefully a sign of bigger and better things to come from Sydney’s grand dame of retail.
But back to Bishop’s dress, which PS hears was more like Cinderella’s pumpkin carriage: it had to be returned to her David Jones’ hosts once Bishop wriggled her petite frame out of it.A week after PS observed Bishop’s exogling fancy wheels and fancy women at the Mercedes-Benz bash, it was Bishop’s turn to shine, and she certainly did, leaping into selfies and uploading a volley of shots on her Instagram feed.
And while it wasn’t so much a case of washing that man right out of her hair, Bishop has had him completely chopped off, revealing a return to her aerodynamic short hair after growing her locks through COVID.For decades, 300 “angry” women have booed and hollered their way through the annual Ernie Awards night at NSW Parliament House.
