The offices of the future are mini towns. Workers love them.
It doesn't have to be that way, according to Zucker, who has the benefit of experience.

With those features — and a planned 4,000-seat performance hall — BRIC is leasing at as much as $35 a square foot, up from highs of $14 a square foot more than five years ago, Angelo Bianco, the managing partner of CP Group, said. The buildings are 90% leased, up from 60% when CP acquired the property, he said.While the developers don't expect all their metroburb residents to be office tenants as well, it could be a draw for those who'd like to walk to work.
