Turkish Airlines, the largest airline in the world based on the number of countries served, is ready for the uptick in travel demand

Many Americans don't know that Turkish Airlines is the largest airline in the world based on the number of countries served. Or at least they didn't until you ran that Super Bowl ad. What else are you keeping from us?

North American demand has certainly grown exponentially. We currently have 11 gateways in the U.S. and just announced we’ll be expanding our U.S. presence with the launch of our 12th gateway, Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, which is the airline’s 335th destination and the first Turkish Airlines gateway in the Pacific Northwest region of the U.S.

You started your career at Turkish Airlines in the call center, so I'm sure you know how important customer service is. How is Turkish Airlines' service different from other carriers, when it comes to service? And what makes it better? Absolutely. Something travelers may not know is that Turkish Airlines has one of the newest aircraft fleets in the world. We began introducing our 787-9 Dreamliner aircraft in 2019 and 2020 in various U.S. destinations. As aviation enthusiasts know, this plane's fuel efficiency and range make it one of the most advanced aircraft flying today.

With a new airport comes new modern passenger lounges, which we’ve had an incredibly positive response to. Business-class travelers have really enjoyed the mix of Turkish and international fares offered at the lounge, the access to private meeting rooms, and for longer waits, private suites with a daybed, shower and bathroom facilities.
