Edwina Bartholomew has thanked the public for their support after revealing she has been diagnosed with cancer. Live on Sunrise on Friday morning, the 41-year-old told viewers she had started treatment in early August for chronic myeloid leukaemia after being diagnosed in July.
Eddy reveals her cancer diagnosis “I have been diagnosed with cancer. That’s a shock to say and hard to say,” the mother-of-two said. “ it is a good kind ... it can be treated with a daily tablet. If I can take care of myself, I will be completely fine.” Later on Friday, Bartholomew thanked everyone for the overwhelming response and shared a sweet moment she had with her son following her bone marrow biopsy. “Thank you. Thank you so much for all the love,” she wrote on Instagram.
