Martin, a West End local, says Flying Colours fits in with his life while laying out the welcome mat for everyone, no matter how their flag flies.Flying Colours will keep the open-air bones of Wandering Cooks before it, but is otherwise being given a makeover by Angus Munro’s Marc & Co – the architecture firm known for its work on Super Whatnot, and more recently Rothwell’s Bar & Grill on Edward Street in the CBD.
