Videos of Stephen Masalta's depravity were found at his home after he was arrested for masturbating in front of coffee shops, police say.

Stephen Masalta, 32, was arrested last month for allegedly masturbating outside coffee shops and other businesses in view of employees and customers on 14 separate occasions in, Fort Collins, Colorado.
The items were not commercially sealed, according to Fort Collins Police Chief Jeff Swoboda. As well as 14 counts of indecent exposure, Masalta faces 16 counts of attempted sexual assault on a child. He also faces four charges of attempted unlawful sexual contact. Authorities did not immediately confirm the nature of the alleged incidents which resulted in the child sex abuse charges. Masalta remains in custody ahead of an upcoming court appearance.
