The 'King of the Waltz' is coming to the AO Arena in Manchester ad

André Rieu, the world-renowned entertainer and violin superstar, is set to visit the UK and Ireland in April and May as part of his 2023 world tour, and Mancunians will be pleased to hear he's coming to Manchester.

Rieu - arguably one of the world’s most well-known musicians - has sold 40 million albums and is known for his high-energy, romantic and joyful performances. His concerts often feature dazzling light shows, elaborate costumes, and plenty of audience participation, making them a truly unique and immersive experience.

The concert promises a mixture of light classics, waltzes, music from film and opera as well as pop songs, performed by the Johann Strauss Orchestra, the biggest private orchestra in the world.
