NFL: Lamar Jackson has had a moment to forget in the second quarter against the Ravens, fumbling the football and leading to a Bills go-ahead touchdown from MVP rival Josh Allen.
Lamar Jackson’s playoff woes are back to haunt him with the Ravens QB committing two first half turnovers in their elimination playoff clash against the Bills.A date in the AFC Championship game against the back-to-back Super Bowl champion Kansas City Chiefs is on the line.
Jackson led the Ravens on an opening drive touchdown to give Baltimore a 7-0, but he’s thrown an interception and lost a fumble, the latter of which the Bills converted into a touchdown. Jackson was sacked by Bills safety Damar Hamlin and just lost control of the ball as he was going to the ground. It would be scooped up by veteran Von Miller, who rumbled into Ravens territory.
It’s Jackson’s fourth career playoff game where he’s thrown an interception and lost a fumble with the Ravens 0-3 in those.Allen would add his second rushing touchdown of the game just 15 seconds before the end of the half to extend the lead to 11. While Jackson is considered one of the best regular season quarterbacks of all time and on the verge of winning his third MVP award, he has struggled to gain any traction in the playoffs.
