At least 15 people were confirmed killed when the residential buildings in the town of Chasiv Yar, in the Donetsk region, were struck late on Saturday.hit the buildings that were mostly occupied by people who work in nearby factories.An estimated 24 people were believed to still be trapped, including a nine-year-old child.
Cranes and excavators worked alongside rescue teams to clear away the ruins of one building, its walls completely shorn off by the impact of the strike.The thud of artillery on the front line, located just a few kilometres away, could heard, making some workers flinch and others run for cover.
