A suspect has been arrested after a crime spree across Northern California left three people dead and at least three others injured, two of whom have life-threatening injuries. The hourslong deadly rampage on Thursday began in San Jose.

Police said as the suspect drove away in the vehicle, they hit a pedestrian. That victim's injuries were not life-threatening, according to police. Shortly after, the suspect, still driving the stolen vehicle, struck and killed two adult pedestrians, police said, according to local outlet ABC7.The victim here died at the scene.
