UPDATE: The person killed in a Denver double shooting has been identified.
Responding officers found a woman and a man who were shot, the man was dead at the scene, police said. An argument led to the shooting and the suspect and the man who died were known to each other.
Antonio Simpson, 34, was arrested Thursday on investigation of first-degree murder and attempted murder, police said.as 46-year-old John Martinez. Editor’s note: This story was updated on June 1 to include the identity of the victim who was fatally shot.
