A surveillance photo of a man who police say stole a vehicle while children were inside has been released to the public in hopes that someone will identify him, according to Houston Crime Stoppers.
The auto theft and aggravated kidnapping was reported on Jan. 30, at 3:05 p.m., in the 10400 block of South Post Oak Road.
Police said the suspect got into the victim’s vehicle and drove away with two children in the backseat.
