Malik Moore,45, surrendered Sunday night after he got inside a stranger's house in Guttenberg.
A suspect has surrendered after a seven-hour standoff in New Jersey.Police say Moore crashed a stolen car around 9 a.m., hitting a pedestrian in the process.
Moore is then accused of assaulting another pedestrian and sneaking it into the home where he attacked a tenant. Police say he was brandishing a knife. At one point, officers ushered neighbors out of harm's way, including two women holding small children.
