A German woman who was killed in a multi-boat crash over the weekend shared a chilling post before the fatal accident - as family revealed she was only meant to be in Australia for a short holiday but decided to stay put after falling in love.
Kassandra Muhr, 20, was behind the wheel of a runabout vessel on Sunday about 7pm when it collided with another boat driven by her 19-year-old boyfriend Kobi Bennett in Elvina Bay, just west of the exclusive suburb of Scotland Island in the Northern Beaches.
“She left her soul in Australia, a place she truly loved," Romana Muhr told The Daily Telegraph from her home in Germany. She said she had no experience in building boats but was"super keen" for the challenge. Picture: Instagram
