Sydney businessman and philanthropist Bob Ingham has died aged 88.
He built the Ingham company – with his brother – into the largest chicken and turkey producer in the country, as well as co-founding Australia’s biggest thoroughbred horse racing and breeding
operation. Mr Ingham’s family asked mourners to send donations, instead of flowers, to the Ingham Institute for Applied Medical Research. The facility fostered medical breakthroughs and clinical discoveries.
