The 45-year-old doctor has been charged with two further offences of sexual intercourse without consent and sexual touching without consent. He was already facing allegations he sexually touched a 28-year-old woman during a consultation on June 4 and raped a 19-year-old woman during a consultation on June 26.Al-Sudani was granted bail in Sutherland Local Court on Friday after promising to pay $1 million if he breached any conditions.The 45-year-old has been banned from acting as a medical practitioner and surrendered his passport to police.
