It is being enacted in a bid to get both parties back to the negotiating table, said the union, following a long running pay dispute. The union said the proposed work bans will not include strikes or involve major disruption, but could see slower trips on some services and have flow on effects across the network and impact train passengers returning to work from the summer break.ABC News"We've notified a whole suite of new actions.
"Respectfully, we believe that the current business representatives lack the necessary industrial maturity and expertise to progress this matter to conclusion. "We've been told the same negotiators are available right now to come in and try to break the impasse between us and the government," he told the ABC.
