The Kirrawee home, in the Sutherland Shire, boasts four bedrooms and two bathrooms and is said to be in good condition, with a modern kitchen and laundry.The house, which is about 60 years old, was listed for free on“House for removal only 4 x bedroom house with modern kitchen and laundry,” the ad reads.Credit:The house is being given away to clear the 655 square metres of land it sits on, with the new owner required to pay for removal fees.The house and land together is worth about $1.
