"She did a four-day trial shift in early December," says mein host Liarne Schai."Fantastic," says the boss, as a bar fridge-sized electrical appliance with a tablet face smiling happily hovers nearby.The fridge is a hospitality robot named BellaBot.
"She does the manual lifting from kitchen to table, and table to kitchen," says Liarne, "and that means she allows us an extra six or seven minutes per table per night, to provide the table service people expect."Worker and boss needed some initial negotiation and concession.
