$3m ‘unicorn’ garage for hearses for sale
“There are a lot of people in the eastern suburbs who potentially have nice car collections but simply don’t have the space to store them. It’s is only a couple of sets of traffic lights from home, so if you work in the city it’s on the way there, or it’s on the way back home,” he said.
“If you’re a car collector like me, it makes it very simple to swap cars midway through your working week. I renovated it to be a bit of a chill out space because I figured anyone who’s got cars would like to sit in the lounge room around them, invite a few mates over and maybe drink a beer. It’s just really cool,” he said, adding that he now has alternative plans for housing his collection.
