Khan tried to lock the man in the store in a game of cat and mouse outside the convenience store before two tradies next door joined in to help the worker.He then cleared out the phone accessories stand and left the store, only to return to grab three Prime energy drinks valued at $10 a bottle.It will be alleged this wasn't his first stop of the night along Perouse Road.
Police said earlier a worker at the Randwick BP was threatened and forced to hand over cash and cigarettes.After a short pursuit and with the help of the dog squad, officers arrested the 25-year-old back near the service station where his alleged crime spree began."It's scary to think people are carrying weapons around," Collins said.
