Former private school boy Kyle Daniels, 20, is now facing a total of 31 charges including sexual intercourse with a child aged under ten. 9News
A swimming instructor has been charged with a further 28 offences involving the alleged sexual abuse of six female students.
The 20-year-old did not come up from the cells when his matter was mentioned briefly at Manly Local Court last week but his lawyer indicated he would apply for bail today. Police say Mr Daniels, a former Knox Grammar School student who attends Sydney University, had been a casual instructor with the swimming school for two years.
