Sydney commuters are facing major train disruptions today, as workers strike for the second time this week.
They are being told to allow extra time, with workers walking off the job at stations on the City Circle line between 10am and 4pm.
The industrial action will go ahead despite the government offering to make $260 million worth of changes to the new intercity train fleet. The Rail, Tram, and Bus Union says it will need at least 48 hours to consider the offer, which was made late yesterday.
