A vacancy exists within the this dynamic Department of a large, well established automotive organisation and is based in Johannesburg. This position reports to the Manager After Sales Systems and will focus on co-ordination of the development of systems, analysis of business needs and liaison between business and third parties across projectsSupporting, maintaining, and managing key dealer systems, mainly focusing on customer experience systems.
Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business goals and requirements and translate them into project requirements. Conducting requirement elicitation sessions, documenting detailed business requirements, process flows, and functional specifications.Acting as the primary point of contact between development teams and stakeholders. Communicating updates, project timelines, and progress effectively and advocating for the customer in all project discussions and decisions. Executing digital strategies that align with business objectives and enhance the overall user experience.Analysing market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to inform decision-making. Developing project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders and tracking project performance against objectives. Managing the end-to-end project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.NQF Level 7 qualification in Information technology or equivalent qualification. At least 3 years’ industry experience .Automotive industry knowledge and experience – advantageous.Ability to manage various tasks with multiple time spans concurrently, respond to and manage changing priorities.Stakeholder collaboration and relationship management
