Perth’s notorious vegan activist Tash Peterson claims she was attacked by a woman while having dinner with her partner in Northbridge. Ms Peterson said she and her partner Jack Higgs were randomly approached and accosted by a member of the public at Lord of the Fries about 7.30pm on Friday. The 31-year-old said she was approached by the woman, who asked if she was Tash Peterson before the woman threw a drink into her face.
” Writing on Instagram accompanying CCTV video from the Northbridge restaurant, Ms Peterson said she was eating an “amazing” vegan burger at the time of the incident. “To those saying I ‘got karma’ because I was assaulted in a vegan restaurant, let’s set the record straight,” she wrote. “When I protest inside restaurants, I disrupt meals that involve the abuse and murder of non-human animals. “I do not assault people.
