Tasmanian ATAR scores reissued following 'procedural error' | Sky News AustraliaThe entire year 12 cohort in Tasmania has been reissued their ATAR score following a 'procedural error' in the marking of some units. \n\nMany students were left distraught after receiving their final tertiary entrance mark, with scores for units offered to year 12 students by the University of Tasmania dropping by as much as 30 per cent. \n\nThe Tasmanian Assessment, Standards and Certification (TASC) has since apologized for the error and assured students the revised entrance scores have been forwarded to UTAS and interstate Tertiary Admission Centres. \n\n\n\n
