Tasmania's Health Minister urges the public to remain vigilant as authorities continue to grapple with an outbreak in the state's north-west.

Authorities have urged Tasmanians to remain vigilant, with the latest cases of coronavirus all linked to an outbreak in the state's north-west region.If you think you might have COVID-19 because you feel unwell with a fever, cough, sore throat or shortness of breath and have travelled recently or had contact with a confirmed case, phone your GP or the Tasmanian Public Health Hotline on 1800 671 738.Phone the Translating and Interpreting Service on 131 450 and tell them your language.

The new cases included two close contacts of previous cases, one aged care resident, three healthcare workers from the North West Regional Hospital and a previous inpatient from the NWRH.
