to promote her upcoming performance onwhen he showed the studio audience an awkward but adorable video of Taylor's experience post-Lasik eye surgery, which was recorded by her mom, Andrea Swift.
At the mere mention of the video, Taylor was stunned. Before Jimmy rolls the tape, she manages to ask him, "For television?!" Oh yes, honey, for television. The video itself is a total delight as Taylor, clearly still out of it from the surgery, sports a plastic eye mask to protect those peepers and fumbles to get a banana. The second she gets a banana loose from the bunch, things take a turn for the worse as she despairs, telling her mom it's not the banana she wanted .
But Taylor's time with Jimmy wasn't all hilarious post-surgery videos. During the interview, Taylor revealed which songs she'd be playing during this Saturday'sstar Phoebe Waller-Bridge. So, what's she gonna play? "I'll perform 'Lover,'" she shared, "but in a way that I haven't performed it before. And then I'm gonna do a song that I have never performed before at all.
