A teacher and a principal at a California elementary school detained a suspected teen shooter who jumped a fence onto the campus Thursday, holding him until police arrived.
When officers arrived at the scene, they found a victim suffering from a gunshot wound. The victim, who is about 15 years old, was taken to CRMC where he is listed in critical but stable condition. According to officials, a teacher on campus heard the shots and then saw a kid jump the fence onto school grounds. The teacher told the principal, Linda Ramirez, and they contacted the boy and held him until police arrived.
