A third person has been charged following the alleged kidnapping of a Brisbane school teacher. 9News

His matter was briefly mentioned in Tweed Heads Local Court on Friday where he was granted bail to appear at the same court on April 6.have both been charged and refused bail after appearing in court earlier this week.The court heard Button had been drinking with the pair at their property and fell asleep, when he was woken to reports of an intruder, who was Stott.He said Stott was released just five minutes before he was fatally struck on the M1.

Under his bail conditions, Button must not contact Frost or Grainger, surrender his passport and not enter any international airport or point of departure.Police say Mr Stott's BMW was located in the middle of the M1 at 2am on February 10 - a short distance from the Kanes Road home where he was allegedly tied up.It's not known how he got to and from the property. It's also unclear if he was released or broke free from the chair.
