A 16-year-old Keilor Downs boy has since arrested and charged with intentionally causing serious injury and being armed with criminal intent. Detectives allege the teenager was also involved in a separate alleged stabbing at the nearby train station, over which a 21-year-old man was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
