The Central Victorian football community is mourning the shock death of a 17-year-old boy who collapsed during a match. 9News
Paramedics were called to the Kyneton Football Netball Club about 12.20pm yesterday and rushed the teenager in a critical condition to Kyneton Hospital, where an air ambulance was waiting for him.The Castlemaine Football Netball Club community is reeling after the sudden death of an under-18 player.A spokesperson for Castlemaine Football Netball Club said players and supporters were "devastated" by the "tragic" death.
"The club and league's first priority is providing and facilitating support for the family, friends, teammates, and coaches of the player," the spokesperson said.READ MORE:
