A teenager who allegedly stabbed a student in the neck at the University of Sydney had previously left peers fearful by speaking freely about his desire to perform a school shooting, court documents show.
Court documents show a teenager accused of stabbing a student in the neck "spoke freely" about performing a school shooting .When police searched his home, they found a 12-page handwritten document which outlined his hatred for Muslims and the LGBTQI community.
His previous charges, which were dismissed in February, included using a carriage service to menace, harass or offend, and multiple counts of intimidation with the intention of causing fear of physical or mental harm. While speaking with nearly a dozen different peers, the teenager had stated he wrote a 200-page manifesto.The teen had been sharing Christchurch-related videos on his account, including edited videos which "glamorised" the shooter.
On a mobile phone and laptop, police found documents, images and chat content from social media accounts.
